i Would Recommend Razer social media support to others!

Dear , Christine B. , Honey A. , and Niel L. Responding on Reddit On Behalf of  RazerCustAdvocacy

I Found This Article On Reddit  Because I Had The Same Issue, My Battery got swollen  And touchpad buttons didn't work :

which led me to Private Message RazerCustAdvocacy whose response was :

“your unit falls under our legacy model, so there's a chance that we may not have the specific part it requires. Please refer to this article. Nevertheless, we can still create a case for you and forward it to our Advanced Support Team for possible battery replacement. If you wish to proceed, please provide the following details...” name, etc.

 

So I PM’ed them my information they got a case number Generated and Let me Know it Will Take 24-48 Hours For A Response , I Thought That Was Very Seamless

 I don't know what Razer Silver Is But I guess its something good , and I pleasantly surprised with the ease of Direct messaging on Reddit that I wanted to shout out Christine B. , Honey A. , and Niel L. for helping me with this swollen battery on my RΛZΞR Razer 15 Advanced Model 2021

 

I haven't Got any good news in regards to this case just quite yet, although i do believe in miracles maybe razer will send me a replacement battery for my Razer Blade 15 RZ09-0409, since Battery got swollen and now touchpad buttons don't work and my laptop gets VERY HOT during use almost burned myself!
