i have a viper ultimate dongle not working.. i have messaged razor team on reddit and helped me replace the dongle.. support team hasn’t approved yet my replacement but i just want to thank razor team for being very responsive.. i hope support team approve my replacement.. thank you and more POWER to you guys.
