I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the Razer Support team for their incredible help with my laptop. I bought my Razer Blade 5 years ago, and despite it being out of warranty, the support team went above and beyond to assist me in replacing the battery. The process was smooth, and their dedication really made the experience exceptional. It’s rare to find such attentive customer service nowadays, and I truly appreciate their efforts!
