I purchased my very first Razer laptop second hand about 4 years ago & loved it ever since.  Every time I had issues I’d contact the Razer team & they’d guide me in the right direction in addition to being very kind. So far I have not had a negative experience.

I recently contacted them due to my P key not working. At this  Present time i could not  Pay them the $99 USD due to not having the proper amount of funds in my account. The costumer care repetitive was very respectful & patient. He said they’d keep my case open for a bit till i can send it in to get looked at. in the mean time I’ll keep you all posted if I decided to continue this. 

List of concerns

1 - lying to me about what is going on with my computer.  

2 - Over pricing me on the repairs.

3 - taking longer then need to be.

***DO NOT*** buy a machine from these people, they're just rubbish with a nice logo and a shitty support team with no technical knowledge that will never fix the problem. The hardware doesn't work, the drivers don't work. Faulty speakers, shitty display. The games don't run. Every windows update breaks more stuff, I can't even watch youtube - they literally never help you, just run you around in circles for days and days before closing the ticket. Rinse and repeat. Don't waste your money. All support tickets to prove it, just ask.
