I'm sure that I was annoying to work with, of course Razer.Speedcr0ss wouldn't say something like that to me, I'm sure. Lol
They spent more than my fair share worth of time helping me. Always very polite and attentive, while understanding and knowledgeable.
In the end, the issue was not resolved, per se, as the issue was not with anything Razer had done, and had more to do with me not being able to remember what email I used many years ago.
Not much anyone doing support can do with their hands bound liked that. However, that didn't stop Razer.Speedcr0ss, from doing, just this side of everything they could.
That brings me here, because I feel the time given to me is worth more than a simple “thank you”. So a bit of my time given up to say that I am grateful to them and their time spent trying to assist me.
I appreciate you, and your experience/time, Razer.Speedcr0ss. May the rest of your days be joyous and educational in at least some manor.
