I would like to sincerely thank Razer Support for the amazing assistance I received.

First, I want to give special appreciation to the Razer Facebook Chat Support team for helping me with my concern and guiding me through the process from the start.

I would also like to thank the Razer Email Support team, particularly Michelle M., Iris, Annalie T., Victor, and Teddy, for continuing the support and helping resolve my case.

I originally won a Razer Viper V2 Pro in a raffle. After continuous usage, I began experiencing issues with the scroll wheel. Since I didn’t purchase the mouse myself, I contacted support to ask if there was a Razer technical team that could repair it and how much the service might cost.

To my surprise, instead of charging for a repair, Razer replaced my mouse with a brand-new one. I truly didn’t expect that level of support, and I really, really appreciate it.

Thank you for going above and beyond to help me even though the product was won from a raffle. This experience truly shows how much Razer values its community and customers.

I’m very grateful for the outstanding service and support from the entire team.
