Hello! Just wanted to give a shoutout to the Razer Customer Service/Support crew! Having been a loyal customer for 10 years now, I was initially slightly disappointed when my laptop motherboard broke down on me, however, the Razer customer support team was superb! Not only were their responses fast, they were very accommodating towards my issue, helping me find out the different methods in which I could get my laptop fix, despite my warranty having expired.
So I would like to thank Razer for having such a great team of staff supporting me! And I will definitely continue supporting them. Truly for gamers and by gamers!
