I purchased blade15 last year through razer online store.
This laptop was very cool and useful, but suddenly my laptop display wad frozen and couldn’t work correctly.
Unfortunately, my country couldn’t fix it.
So, I try to contact to razer support via online chat. The support team is really helpful and rapid response. And razer support has apac team, it’s convinient for me.
Support is still ongoing, but I believe they will solve the problem.
