I had to say i never had big issues with thier products so never had to contact them. I did saw a thread were i asked a question about a little issue i had. Almost instant response that i could dm for help and i told them it wasnt a big deal but they told me the product should work excellent so they were ready to help. Explained it al, fast response, profesional response and service. Quick, friendly and also solution thinking does not miss with the support employees. Just Excellent :D
