I just wanted to say that Razer.Ten has done a stellar job as a customer support agent. I am so glad that I was actually talking to a person rather than a bot.
Razer.Ten was super patient and provided guidance to help troubleshoot my mouse issues to the best of their abilities. Although we could not find a solution, they were able to set me up with technical support to get a deeper dive into resolving my issue.
