I was having trouble with the website so I turned to reddit for help with my quick question. I didn’t expect help, I expected to be downvoted like much of Reddit does….Instead the support team approached me in DM and helped me solve my issue! It was such a nice surprise. It’s two huge thumbs up from me. Super awesome to have someone reach out and show they care!
