Was having issue with my Seiren V3 Pro when installing with both Synapse 3 and 4 because of its driver, frustrated, until the support team on Reddit reached out (aka RazerCustAdvocacy) and help me and solved everything throughout the process of troubleshooting and explaining

What I like is how the support cycle through various support members and still follow the topic
..unlike a company I bought the mouse from and ghosted me after a few hours

Overall, excellent support, I can stream with this awesome mic now
