I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT I DONT THINK THAT I WOULD OF ACTUALLY GOT CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO HELP ME EVEN IF IT TOOK US A COUPLE DAYS TO TROUBLE SHOOT MY PROBLEM ON FACEBOOK. WE ALWAYS ASSUME WE HAVE TO CREATE A TICKET AND WAIT DAYS FOR A REPLY BUT NO IM ACTUALLY HAPPY BECUASE RAZER WAS ABLE TO FIX MY PROBLEM TILL THE VERY END. ITS NOT TRUE WHEN PEOPLE SAY RAZER SUCKS BECUASE I WAS HELPED VERY WELL. BEST FRIEND OF MINE SAYS RAZER SUCKS BUT THATS NOT WHAT I THINK. KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
