Shout out to the Razer Support Team across Reddit and Twitter, they reached me out very quickly with my problem.
I got some sleeves for my Iskur V2 X chair, sadly I got 2 pieces of the same product within the package (2x backrest sleeves, instead it should have come with 1x backrest sleeve and 1x seat base sleeve). Sadly, they weren't able to fix my problem because they told me that they couldn't deliver to my country the missing part.
But I'm sure they did their best to try to help me, shout out to them. Thanks!
