I have a Razer Blade 15 (2020). It’s a great gaming laptop, but sadly I noticed the left touchpad button stopped clicking. I Googled and found that a swollen battery is a common culprit. I popped the back panel off and sure enough the battery was swollen up like a balloon. I contacted Razer Customer Support through Reddit and they quickly escalated my case. I don’t have my new battery yet, but I’m optimistic. I’d much rather buy from the original manufacturer than from a third party dealer. Thanks, Razer!
