Thanks so much for the quick Facebook Support


I have the BlackWidow v4 - so of course when it starts typing keys I didn’t push, and miss the ones I did push… I get concerned.  Top that with, this is already my replacement board, cuz the first one developed the same problem after several months.  I pinged the FaceBook chat, skeptical I would be able to get any support.  SURPRISE - I immediately received support, and they opened up a new case for the problems I’m having now.  Excellent response - thanks for being there where I was.
