After being passed through five different people across three departments, I was beginning to lose hope. It seemed like no one could grasp my straightforward request—until I was connected with Gizelle.
Gizelle immediately understood the problem and knew exactly how to resolve it. Within minutes, she had the file sent to my email inbox. She even waited with me to ensure it came through, restoring my faith in Razer Support. Gizelle single-handedly brought me back to the light.
