I’ll try and make this short and simple. When I first reached out to Razer Support regarding an issue I was having with my Blackwidow v4 kb with it double-typing, they issued an RMA and that experience was great. Fast forward to two days ago and my second kb started doing the same. Reached out to Razer Support and again, having a great experience so far as they are willing to work with me a second time.

 

This is where is gets better. I then posted on Reddit’s r/razer thread about my issue and disappointment and on the same day, I get an DM from RazerCustAdvocacy expressing their genuine concern about my situation. Several DMs go back and forth and I am super thankful for their team’s responses and support. I wasn’t expecting anything to come out of my Reddit post so with them reaching out to me really shows that they care!
