2017 Blade stealth SSD failure
I think I have isolated the problem but now I just want to know what my options are.
I have used my blade stealth (2017) for 3 years now and thankfully this is my first problem. Windows started crashing citing an unexpected_store_error, and when I get stuck in the bootloader it does not detect the nvme device.
This leads me to believe I need to replace the SSD, will support be of any help to me? When I finally found the phone number the operator just states a high call volume and to try again another time.
My product only had a 2 year warranty, product no: RZ09-01963E32
I don't have a problem buying and replacing the SSD myself, but I would be pretty pissed if the issue was something deeper.
Anybody have a similar experience?
