blade 15 2018 usb issues

my razer blade 2018 (gtx 1070 max-q) have a issue with the usb ports on certain games, they stoped working at certain time. no matter is they are connected on a base station chroma or direcctly to the notebook itself. the system is on the latest bios and w10 and synapse is also updated. directly connected to the machine: Laptop Stand Chroma (with a elgato camlink 4k, wave3 and a razer viper utlimate) Razer Base Station Chroma: razer blackshark v2 thunderbolt port: Western Digital My Passport SSD 2TB the problem happens about 15 mins into the zombie army 4 game, and almost random on overwatch or valorant
