That seems to be an ongoing issue. You will have to wait for razer to update the drivers because it won't let you install direct from nvidia for some reason.

Agree, Mine is the same way. Hopefully they will release an update for this soon?

Did a support ticket Friday about this issue and about not being able to register my brand new blade pro 17. Let's see if it takes 1 month again to resolve this.

So an update: almost 1 week later and still no fix. I'm going to return my blade 17 so I don't end up with a brick of a laptop. Support has been less than lackluster, should have taken the warning of the sales guy at Microcenter.
Plz solve the graphic driver issue!!! Being unable to update my graphic driver has stopped me from really appreciating the machine. This is a laptop where people pay for not only the performance but also the support. As one of the razer fans who just upgraded from the 2017 blade pro to 2020 blade pro, I reckon you guys can do better than releasing your flagship before properly testing it!

Hi, I have received my unit for roughly a week now, the 2080 super max q one. Great machine, nice design and make like every Razer Blade I owned. However, I found that I cannot update the graphic driver because it says the driver is incompatible with the windows or the hardware. It is now running on the driver released in April. I am wondering whether this is an individual issue or you guys are working on a manufacturer update for the upcoming windows update? I have encountered some stability issues with the old driver, please help me out.

Yes, same here. This is affecting all 2020 Pro Models. I hope RAZER fixes this soon.

This can be such a deal-breaker, all the power but no proper driver to unleash it. Finger cross that they will get it right soon.

Hey mate, I have tried the update but despite the successful firmware update, I still cannot update Nvidia drivers, any luck at your end?

FYI. So in another thread, a RAZER representative is saying the driver issue will be fixed in July.
Does the BIOS maybe fix the XMP profiles? Has anybody got a clue as to what this BIOS does?

Thanks
It fixes XMP but takes away undervolting.

Oh no!! I just undervolted my CPU -110v and there is huge difference in performance.
Do you think this is worth it? Doesn't the stock Samsung RAM comes at 3200Mhz?
Has anyone already gotten the 3200Mhz through XMP? I am curious about FireStrike physics scores.
Here is mine with UV:

I want to know what others are getting with 3200Mhz.
stock ram is 2933 and no way would I flash and loose UV.

How does it fix XMP? Does it now show up in the BIOS as an option?
Have you confirmed this?
yes confirmed it is now an option in bios.

yes confirmed it is now an option in bios.

Will it be too much to ask under what option one may find it in the BIOS? I can't seem to find it.
Advanced tab/ Overclocking performance menu/Memory
Since you didn't update the BIOS, how did you come about this info?
I said I would not, I know this info because I did update. However even without UV after repaste I run a firestrike score of 20308 and max temp of 91, with UV I was at 88-89? So if you do update bios or it may be forced on you in a windows update down the road then for sure repaste as the system is cake to redo.

I've yet to find that option in the BIOS. Am I doing something wrong?
you will not have that option without updating to Bios 1.03

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the BIOS with the Overclocking option?
I am trying to help a friend who did update.

Thanks!
