GPU or Onboard Graphics Ports? - Razer Core X

Hi there, I'm planning on purchasing a Razer Core X for my Intel NUC Skull Canyon, as I think it's a perfect option for a minimal gaming setup (switching from a massive Alienware taking up way too much space). I already have a GTX 1660, so I think the i7-6770HQ and the 1660 would make a great combo. However, before I buy it, I was just wondering where I should plug my displays into: The onboard graphics, or the 1660? Which is the best in terms of minimal latency / best performance? I've heard answers surrounding this but never a clear or concise answer. Thanks, Sasha

From a performance standpoint, you'd want to use the GTX 1660's ports. It's not as simple but the process somewhat like this: NUC>External GPU>Monitor. If you plug it into the onboard the process will look like this: NUC>External GPU>NUC>Monitor.
