My GPU temperature on Razer Blade 14 2022 is 36 C, yet a burning smell is coming from the vents. Can someone suggest what could be the issue?

My GPU is running at 36 C at idol but still a burning smell is coming from the exhaust vents. What is the issue? Is it normal?
