I am facing a technical issue: on one page of my Razer ID account it says the product is not registered, but when I try to register it, the system says the S/N is "already registered". Because of this, I cannot receive my 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.!--tgqphd|[]-->

I have attached the invoice from Rozetka and a photo of the S/N on the box. Please help me fix this conflict and send the activation code.!--tgqphd|[]-->

Upon checking, it would seem that your headset's serial number was registered way back in 2024. Based on the serial number, the headset was manufactured in 2021 and was registered in 2024. I would suggest that you get in touch with your reseller for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not have spare 7.1 Surround activation codes. There have been several reports of counterfeit Blackshark V2 X's who encountered the same issue as you did. All of which with serial numbers allegedly manufactured in 2021. Just send me a PM for any other concerns.
