Razer Blade 2019: Default or load optimized BIOS setup?

Hi there, I've used XTU before throttlestop and wanted to reset the Blade's Bios just to be sure, do I just load the default Bios or optimised defaults? Does it ship with optimized BIOS or standard BIOS setup? What does the optimized BIOS setup do? Which is the factory default? Optimised or default? Thanks in advance :)
