Reset Blade Stealth and Drivers are missing

I reset my razer blade stealth (2016/17) as it was having some software problems. Starting it up again now some drivers and manufacturer apps are missing. I was wondering where was the best place to download these? Examples: Realtek HD Audio Manager Dolby Digital Plus Killer Performance Suite Thank you!

I'm in the process of a reinstall on my 2019 RBA and have the same issue. Sad to see there has not been a response to your question.
