I have a Blade Pro 17 (2020) i7-10875H, RTX 2070 MQ and have been getting consistent blue screens with DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and have found that the module rtkvhd64.sys is the root cause. So how can I reinstall the realtek audio drivers?

You have 2 ways - go to device manager - find your realtek soundcard, right click on it and remove it (be sure to select to remove also drivers). 2nd option is going to safe mode and use remove program option to delete drivers & software. After reboot Windows 10 should install new drivers again from Windows Update (unless you'll block it). You can try downloading the newest drivers from realtek website. Also you can try to fix OS files (if they're corrupted) by running CMD as an administrator and typing command: sfc /scannow If the issue still persist I'd check SSD SMART - maybe it's corrupted.

SFC gave no violations and smart data shows no signs of failure with the disk in question reports 99% on health which is fine.

Check for "realocated nand blocks" or similar in SMART - because it can show "good health - 99%", but with faulty blocks. What windows version do you have installed? 20H1? 20H2? older? If driver removal do not help (you can also use CCleaner to cleanup windows registry files after removing driver), you can try updating windows to newer version.
