Was this using the balanced, gaming, or creator profile in synapse?
Throttlestop is not gpu related so TS setting should include on all Blade 15 from base 2018 1060maxq to 2019 2080maxq since it use same 8750H. It may effect gpu performance depends on titles, or it would give better score on synthetic benchmarks since it makes better temperature on cpu to give more performance boost.
I don’t use TS but Intel XTU on balanced mode with no turbo amplifier limitation all on default 4.1 (effectively all cores 3,9)
Comparison between balanced mode and gaming mode on Devil my cry 5 around an hour gaming session. Low 80ish vs mid 90ish max. Turbo Boost on core frequency on 3,9ghz.
Blade 2018 1070mq -130mv Intel XTU.
