Yes different from Aorus gaming box Core isn’t made for portability, anyway who bring eGPU out there, Linus or someone who taking picture of his eGPU in hotel is ...idk what to call, maybe if like Lenovo TB3 Dock with 1050 that could be easily slipped on backpack I can understand, but with full size gpu, even itx, that against the meaning of laptop portability, it’ll be better bringing gaming laptop for that even bulky 3Kg one, still way better and lighter than bringing Aorus gaming box and ultrabook, and save more space.

@Joikansai Thanks for the info. If I have the funds to dish out on this, my XPS 13 would support it! I really appreciate it!

No. Perfect example of wrong or misleading information on the internet. The Razer Core or Core X require a Thunderbolt 3 port, which has a 40Gbps speed. These ports utilize USB-C, but beware: not all USB-C ports are TB3 as well.

Any fire strike scores using Core X with the new Razer Blade 15?
It’s similar egpu setting with previous core, only has bigger PSU that take advantage only from AMD card, and bigger room for better compatibility and bigger Fans for cooling, in term standards non OC performance is similar. Here’s one of the highest score . But graphics score somehow lower than mine (Blade 14), and cpu score should also higher, as score with dgpu...
