Upgrading the SSD


Hi, Just got the 2020 Stealth 13. Needed some help finding what SSD’s are compatible with the Stealth 13. many recommendation out there? Also what specifications do I have to look at for knowing that it’s compatible with putting in the laptop? Thanks for any help

I'm a fan of Crucial SSDs. Check P1 or P2 series - never had any compatibility problem with them. Maybe soon they'll release P5 series.

I’m assuming there wouldn’t be a P3 and P4? Haha Can only see a 500gb version. Anything bigger out there I can put into this?

Is the type in looking at called M2? Does that mean like would be compatible in a laptop

And what about the hardware warranty of this new laptop if you change the SSD ?

Yes, they have M.2 connector.

It is not against the rules to upgrade ssd, but if laptop is damaged from ssd installation it voids warranty, but if it does happen put the OEM SSD back in and RMA it!

I take it I should probably take the same advice about looking into Crucial even though I own a Razer Blade 15 2020 Base
