Any idea WHEN Huntsman V3 Pro will be supported?

I just purchased this keyboard and I simply can’t use it with Synapse 3.

The software is a big pile of c**p.   It bogs down the PC and I can’t even limit it because doing so will also break the keyboard functionality. And it’s so slow!.  I have an Intel 13900K, it should not be this slow.

Removing Synapse fixes all my issues but then I loose all customization.

And Synapse 4 Beta does not support it.

OpenRGB and SignalRGB does not support RGB either so I’m stuck with a keyboard that I can’t customize. The hardware profiles are severely limited for me.

What are your plans here?.  Should I go back to my good old Corsair K100?.  How much time should I need to wait?

As said in all the other threads, they’re not going to provide any updates about this. Use Synapse 3 or use your old KB.

It’s shocking how bad development really is at Razer.  Being a corporation who sells thousands if not millions of products, I would take they will be quicker to respond.

They do not provide any support whatsoever for controlling lights, or controlling anything in their latest Synapse 4 Beta.   This is a device that should be your TOP #1 priority.  Their responses are just “go back to Synapse 3”  which is a pretty terrible piece of software, considering that overall the keyboard works best when it’s not installed.

Just going to SignalRGB discord and asking for help.  I was contacted by one of their staff and they quickly send me files and teach me how to map the key lights to add the Huntsman V3 Pro to their support devices.

In less than 1.5 hours, my shiny new Huntsman V3 Pro was fully working (all lights) controlled through SignalRGB.  This is all I ever wanted.

Razer should learn a thing or two on how to manage their software division and community from much more smaller companies that do-seem-to-care about it.

I wonder what BETA means? Not everything will be supported sherlock

Don’t waste your energy.

Everything is working for me with independent software.

I understand your frustration but if you joined the beta as a solution to any issues you are facing in the current release of Synapse 3, then I’m afraid you’re in the wrong place. Your frustration is merited, but these kinds of conversations are not constructive and lends nothing to the beta. You are more than welcome to vent your frustrations on Insider but not in these beta forums unless it has something to do with the beta itself and is actually actionable by our devs - outside of a device not yet supported.
