i tried to open the customization menu after installing synapse beta and importing my old keybind file from synapse3 and i cannot access the tab anymore. this means, that i need to remove the imported profile, but since i can only do that via the tab i cannot access, im stuck with an useless mice. does anyone know, how to remove the profile even if i cannot access the mice tab, like the file path of the file or how to reset the mice.

Resetting your mice may help, read your mice’s user instructions and you may need to hold some buttons at the same time to reset. Tell me if it works.😄
reset via Razer Synapse. even in synapse 3 it don’t reset the mice.
