Would any admin be able to help me out with the New Razer Synapse? I have a Razer Blade 16 (2024) and saw that the Blade 16 is on the supported list. However, it does not show up as a device when installing the software. Do I need to install drivers or anything to get this working?
+1You can try doing old good clean reinstall way, but since it’s still in beta, it might be a bug in Synapse. Still worth to try:
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
I can be wrong but before device list change this month I don’t saw support for 2024 model only 2023. I’m not 100% sure so keep this in mind :)

Hi zonePlumpPurplesmart240! Thanks for your interest in our latest Razer Synapse. However, the Blade 16 2024 is not yet supported in the version of this app yet. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

Hi there, you still don’t see your blade on synapse when I’m correctly understanding? Synapse sometimes has bugs and doesn’t show the device, did you try as well updating through the apps (synapse). There’s kind impossible if it’s not detected honestly, I just read notebookcheck review on 2024 model since I don’t have it, and it seems their unit doesn’t have any issue.

Exactly, I have the same model. The price is so expensive, and still Razer does not provide the best experience.

Any news about the support of Blade 16 2024 in Synapse 3?
i refuse to believe they updated synapse beta list and didnt include the 2024 blade laptops after claiming for months the next supported device will be the blade 16 on the front page
It seems we will never see support for our laptops in synapse new
