Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless Problem
Hi. I recently bought these headphones in my country, they worked fine. After 1 month, it stopped working properly. The problem is that they are connected via wireless and there are times when they disconnect and connect only being close to the PC.
Also now the wireless does not reach more than 3-5 meters.

+1Are there any new devices that can interfere with your headset? I mean WiFi congestion (many 2.4GHz SSIDs), BT devices or worse - microwave.
FiszPLNo, apart it seems strange that now this happens to me that it turns off and connects out of nowhere. It happens every so often and it's very annoying

got same problem here. Once or twice restarting computer while headset was still on helped but today it just keep going every 2 seconds disconect and than connects again....
and yes, those got very short range ... 3-5 meters and conection is lost and than it doesn't work properly once u get back to the room...
It will paintings through the USB dongle or with the 3.5mm audio jack. However, customers will no longer be capablesite of configure the headset the use of Razer Synapse three as it isn't always available for Mac.
if you connected to usb hub there is possibility interfer with the connection between Headset to the system. If u connected trhough the system try to clean ur usb slot with catton or air blower or anything that do the trick.
