Razer Ornata Chroma not Clicking
Hello, I recently purchased the Ornata Chroma and when I got it out and started typing I noticed that it wasn't consistent. Some keys were almost not clicking and other ones were very crisp. I don't know what causes the issue or how I can fix it. Has anyone else had the same issue and how did you fix it?

+1If it's recently bought - RMA it.
There's probability, that small "collar" in each key, that is responsible for click is faulty, or improperly positioned. I don't remember how it actually works on Ornata, but it will be hard or impossible to fix by yourself.
yikes, id say go get another one. or refund and get another one if most keys are not clicking seems faulty
When I first got my ornata I had the same issue with some of the keys, returned it to the store and got an exchange for another ornata chroma, still had the same issue on some of the keys but it seems to have fixed itself over time, since all the keys click the same now.
I would still RMA it just to make sure (I could have gotten two slightly bad units), and if your replacement has the same issue I would give it a while just to see how it works out.

Hey @GlobXD! How long have you had the keyboard for? I'd give it a week or two and if the problem persists, try to get it replaced if you bought locally. Send me a PM with the link to this thread should you need assistance with the RMA.
