Cant get my Kraken 7.1 headphones to change color?

Whenever I try to go in to chroma studio, it just says "can't detect any chroma devices", even tho it obviously has because its listed under "devices" in the main menu.

Krakens aren't supported by Synapse 3, they're considered a legacy device and only supported by Synapse 2, so you won't be able to get them to work in Chroma Studio.

alright well i tried synapse 2, and it still isnt detecting anything
