razer kaira firmware update struggle

just got the kaira headset and it encourages that i do a firmware update to it and gives me a URL to go to for insturctions. I go to the URL and it says it doesnt support macOS devices, and thats all I have. Can someone tell me how im supposed to do a firmware update/ provide where i can get the instructions that will open on MacOS. Seems a little strange they provide a link to a URL that is selective for device
