I have no clue anymore its frustrating me everyday
Literally ever since I bought the Kraken Ultimate just for them to honestly be the worst headphones I've had, their profile never saves, it constantly resets and the sound quality is terrible because the bass makes the vocals and sounds fade out, then when there is no bass its pure vocals that are way too loud, fix your programs and equipment, I've already requested for help and y'all did nothing, shits broken 24/7 and I've had it for over a month, I literally only listen to music and play Valorant at most, and the headphones still sound different every fucking time, like why do I need 4 different speakers for my fucking headphones, only 3 of them actually work and give audio out, but none of them sound like how the headphones should sound.

Hmm weird, mine have been good but since there's a lot of options maybe something is screwed up. I only have 1 profile so it can't switch them, and I don't listen to much music, mostly gaming and youtube. I'm guessing you've tried all this but here's what I have in case it helps:
I'm not using the THX:
Then in Synapse:
Then I have Bass Boost, Sound Normalization, and Voice Clarity all off. And the EQ on Default (all flat)
In Valorant game audio options it's just Stereo and HRTF on.
