Orbweaver

The Orbweaver seems to have been discontinued for some odd reason, but not a lot of information coming out from Razer on the future of this product. I agree with you on the Tartarus V2 in that the scroll wheel is not needed at all. What gamer does not have a scroll wheel on their mouse? Apparently, the gamers that work at Razer. It also lacks mechanical keys. The pad coming off is a long standing issue that was never corrected in product updates. FYI - You can find used or open box Orbweavers on eBay, but I would be concerned about future software support for Synapse 2.

Ooo I hadn’t thought about eBay, I will check that out. But yeah, if you use the scroll wheel on the TarV2 more power to you, I support how you game. Personally I want a button not a scroll wheel. I’m always open to more options for games

I love my orbweaver ! , i have had mine for years only updating it when the mech keys version came out. There is nothing wrong with the orbweaver but for some strange reason it suddenly started acting strangely... the first i noticed was that in game the S key kept repeating despite not pressing it. The next oddity was when i rebooted and pressing the w key repeated wsa continuously ... when i interrupted that i found that the entire row of keys asd no longer functioned. There is nothing wrong with the orbweaver , it is the software that has off the rails and i am trying to find an earlier version of synapse 2. The current version online forces an upgrade and the process begins again. Le sigh.... even if i had the money to buy a newer version , they still do not compare with the way with mech version feels when i play and it grates that i have a perfect orbweaver made useless through coding. does anyone have a link to an earlier version of synapse 2?
