My Nari Ultimate Mic Stopped Working

i was playing a game then my computer screen went black and my game crashed then i realized my mic had stopped working but the headset audio is fine and i plugged my mic into my ps4 and test the mic there and it didnt work either ive tried trouble shooting it with windows and checking to see if something happened in razer synapse but everything looked fine
