Hello! My name is Milan, known as hhlol. I bought a Razer Kraken TE headset like 2-3 years ago. It was perfectly fine working till now. When i start a music its sounds like its buzzing, crackling, muffled and sometimes i do not hear it. When i start a video i just hear little words but cant understand them. I have updated the synapse, windows the problem even appears when i plug it in my phone or my other pc. If you have a tip please let me know. I need to fix this asap.

Also, it only happens when its fully plugged in, if like it needs one more cm to be fully pushed in the soundings are better but just for one ear
