I have a razer naga ultimate, and the sound randomly turns off and on again when I play games and when I talk to friends (via bluetooth). Can somebody help me

Hello there, @Alexch5!

 

Does the same thing happen when connected via the wireless dongle? Have you tried it on a different computer? If that didn’t work then you can send me a message via PM along with the serial number of your headset so I can validate it and look for other workarounds.
