Razer Nari Wireless not recognised by Synapse

Hello, I hope someone out there can assist my son. We bought him (and myself) a Razer Nari Wireless headset each. My headset has installed without issue, however, he was not as fortunate. He does not have any other Razer devices and had to install Synapse. The Nari works without Synapse, however, Synapse does not find the Nari. I have tried uninstalling the drivers. The end result of that is the "THX Spatial - Synapse Speakers" device can not be found. I have tested his device on my desktop, and my Synapse finds his headset. So it is not the device, but a setting that needs to be tweaked. Can anyone out there provide any insight as to what needs to be done to get his device working with Synapse? Is it possible that due to not having any other Razer devices be the issue? Thanks for any assistance you can provide. Happy New Year to everyone. Best regards Sleuth
