I had this problem since i bought the keyboard(1-2years), didn't really try to fix it until today. I tried to reinstall synapse, even tried download synapse3.0, lool. Anyways, just wondering if this is fixable, searched online, there are people with the same problem as me, but not sure if they solved it or not. Thank you~
