Issue connecting Razer Mamba to Synapse 3

Hello all, I'm having this issue with Synapse 3 not recognizing my Razer Mamba (Model number rc30-013601) at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse (and all attachments to synapse) with no luck. Any ideas? Thanks!

If you have the older Mamba Wireless (laser sensor), you need to use Synapse 2 for your mouse, that you can download here. Currently that device is not supported on Synapse 3.

I have to run Synapse 2 AND 3 for my razer devices? That sucks... Are they looking at adding it in? It seems really odd/inconvenient that my wife's Razer Mamba Tournament edition is supported on the newer Synapse, but the regular Mamba itself is not. Either way, I appreciate your response. Thanks!

Currently the synapse team has stopped adding older legacy devices like those on Synapse 2 over to Synapse 3, since they are focusing on ironing out the bugs in the software. However, it is possible that they will continue adding those devices in the future so your mamba may get support sometime.
