Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma Mic stops working randomly

So I was using Synapse 2 for ages and my mic and headset seemed to work fine (albeit with some issues in discord where people joining the channel would sometimes join and then be really loud and I would have to turn their volume down to 10% and other times when they joined I couldnt hear them so had to turn them back up to 90%). Anyway, I updated to Synapse 3 as the software kept telling me to... wish I hadnt now! So whenever Im playing games, or even with discord, I will talking to my friends and then at random times my mic will just stop working. I have to unplug my mic from the USB and replug it in again which is stupid as then my in game audio stops until I restart the game again - quite hard playing a FFS and not knowing where you are being shot from. I have tried different USB ports, uninstalled Synapse 3, deleted any left over folders, re-installed Synapse 2 but again this issue remains. Please say someone knows how to fix this, I put up with the random volume issue in discord for long enough but this is now ridiculous. Thanks

Same issue was happening with me!! I found after I uninstalled the Synapse app in general it fixed my issue but obviously this isn't ideal because of the colour changing options along with specific headphone settings...get your shit together Razar!
