Razer Nari Ultimate for Xbox connection issues Series S/X

When are you going to sort the compatability issues between the Nari Ultimates and Series S/X? You advertise as Xbox wireless compatible with Series S/X but theres plenty of reports of controller interferance just like the Steelseries 9x but they sorted theirs with an update within weeks. Are you even aware if this? Shame on you if not, you call yourselves gamers? Your so far out of touch with your customers.
