Cannot create a razor gold account

Try as I might but every time I try to create an account it sends me to the upgrade webpage and if I click on the "create" account link it sends me to the razor gold page telling me everything about razor gold and that I should create or upgrade and that's it. You're sending me to the same three webpages without making any real progress. If you want me to create an account then send me the actual link to create the account.
