GOOD MORNING, MY CHARGER DOES NOT WORK, THIS IS HAPPENING SINCE I PURCHASED IT, MY GIRLFRIEND OPENED A CASE SINCE IT STARTED HAPPENING WITH MY IN-LAW'S ACCOUNT, THE TRUTH IS THAT I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO SOLVE IT BECAUSE I HAVE GONE WITHOUT BATTERY IN IMPORTANT MOMENTS OF ME I WORK AND I HAVE LOST NOT ONLY DOCUMENTATION, BUT I HAVE BEEN DELAYED MEETINGS BECAUSE THE LAPTOP TURN OFF CAN YOU HELP ME?

    Do you mind sharing how you figured that this is a power brick issue? Is the charger not working at all, or is it intermittently charging the laptop? In any case, please send me the serial number of your Razer Blade so I can verify the model. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
