I have just installed a Razer Cor and connected it to laptop but it cant find it in the thunderbolt settings

On first connection thunderbolt software would pop up and you should choose always connect. Without dgpu inside enclosure installed thunderbolt software should recognize new hardware unless it’s defective. Try uninstall thunderbolt software and reinstall it again, but keep in mind before uninstall make sure you get already the software for your laptop, usually from somewhere like support page.
